2. InstaFame™ was created for convenience of promoting your product, brand or service via Instagram. We do not encourage spamming or violation of Instagram user’s rights or rules set by Instagram.

After your trial period, to ensure uninterrupted service, your subscription will be set to continuous auto-renewal payments of $39.97 per month, with your next payment due 30 days after your registration. To cancel your subscription or diable auto-renewal at any time, contact our Support Team via DM @instafame.support (link available after registration).
4. InstaFame™ is not affiliated with Instagram or any other social networking sites or any other third-party sites in any way.
5. Please note that we are not responsible for any of your actions and their consequences when you use InstaFame™. We are not responsible if your Instagram account is locked, blocked or banned. We will however, do everything in our power to help you get it back in case it happens.
6. You need to use your login credentials – username and password – to connect to our application and avail the services. However, we will never ask for your password and we will not use your credentials without your permission. InstaFame™ does not share your credentials with third-parties, & never will!
7. Our system servers are secured using high-level encryption to prevent unauthorized access of your account. However, in case of security breach and loss of data, we are not responsible for the consequences that follow the event. We doubt it’ll ever happen!
8. Please note that if you change your password, the platform will automatically stop. To activate it again, you should contact our customer service via SMS text or Instagram DM (@instafame.support) with the new password. During such an event, the inactive period shall not be considered or added to your monthly term.
9. User behavior such as liking, following or commenting on your images or gallery cannot be predicted and therefore cannot be controlled. The actual number of likes or followers you get solely depends on the quality of images in your account. The better quality the content, the higher the conversion of traffic!
10. No refund claims will be entertained if your profile had been active and there have been no technical issues that prevented proper usage of the application.
11. The time of voluntary inactivity – if you choose to stop the platform for a specific period – shall not be compensated.
12. We reserve us the right to remove your account and ban you from using InstaFame™ services at any point in time. In an unlikely event of this happening, your purchases will not be refunded.
